Great Warranty, No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event your purchase proves to have a manufacturing defect, we will be pleased to replace it. Our store warranty is 60 days, and many of our products have extended manufacturer's warranties, so contact us and we'll be glad to assist. Cancelled Orders
Our shipping department is really efficient. We usually ship so fast that by the time we receive a cancellation request, the parcel has left the building. If we can accommodate your request, we definitely will. If we've shipped it, we're unable to accept it back into stock once the item has left the building.
